Overseas delivery charges
At present we are only able to ship to Mainland UK from our website.
However we are very happy to provide you with a quote to ship to your overseas address. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01274 037175 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your delivery address and the products you wish to order. We will then quote an accurate shipping cost and proceed with placing your order manually. The shipping costs for sending overseas are dependent on the size, weight and quantity of the parcels. All taxes and import duties will be the customer’s responsibility.
We use Parcel Force to deliver your items in the UK. Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.
Once dispatched, please allow 3 working days for UK orders. Should your item not be in stock it will be placed on back order. Please note that if an item from the order is out of stock, the rest of the order will be held until everything is available.
Alice Peto Ltd will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to email@example.com to inform us you are returning your item. Also please request proof of postage from the post office for any returned items. Alice Peto Ltd is not responsible for any lost or damaged item during transit. Delivery charges and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Furthermore if an item you have received is damaged or faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours for a replacement to be sent.
